you seriously need to re-watch it he was still on the pitch a long time after the game was restarted, Unfortunately for him it took them ages to get him off the pitch

| Quote jacko1="jacko1"Think you'll find with Salford that was just a normal interchange, Lineham was being helped off the pitch due to injury. the other difference was the both the Salford players were actually involved in play..
Should we also look at when Eden was being helped off the pitch the fact you had his replacement already on the pitch both while you where attacking and defending as it took him that long to actually get off the pitch..'"
Eden got injured as you scored your 1st try. He then hobbled off assisted whilst our players awaited behind the post during the hour it takes for Tickle to knock over a conversion.

| Whiting is a super sub. We shouldn't start him at wing, it'd take his versatility out of our game.

| Playing Whiting on the wing against Charnley or Richards would be suicidal. Not only that it would really dampen our attack on that side of the pitch as Whiting will never have the pace to successfully get around them.
Give Crookes his chance, he has being patient and if we are not going to play him when there is opportunity we are wasting our money.
Lets not go back to Agar tactics, its so pleasing that we have a coach who will rather give a young kid a chance as opposed to moving five players. We got away with it yesterday because it was only Rovers, we wont against Wigan.

It's you who needs to re watch it. When the game restarts Eden is well off the pitch. He left the pitch during the conversion and when rovers restart he's on the sidelines adjacent almost to the halfway line.

| Whiting should definitely not start on the wing at Wembley. If nothing else we'd miss his offloads in the middle. Either Horne to FB and Shaul on wing or more likely Crookes straight in on the wing.

| If he's out for Wembley he'll be a big loss. May sound a bit over-dramatic but I don't think we'd have won the semi if it wasn't for his try, completely changed the momentum in that game & a try I don't think any of our other wingers would have scored.

From what I am told Crookes is the fastest player in the squad.

The run up the wing he did at Cas he certainly didn't look a slouch. Very quick off the block like Shaul.

I can well believe that. No matter what criticisms are levelled at Crookes, the one thing that I think is undeniable is that he is quick.

| Gutted for Lineham if he misses out but I'm being optimistic that it isnt as bad as feared and will be 100% for Wembley.
As for Salford this Friday step up Jason Crookes (and grab your chance with both hands) and Shaul still in at FB. For me Shaul has taken his chance in the absence of McDonnell and should be in the squad for Wembley, his pace and support play give us an extra dimension.
Unfortunately Horne misses out for me as Holdsworth & Miller have started to gell as a partnership in the last few games and Shaul has shone in the FB role.
So a winger in for a winger with Crookes a straight swap for Lineham, no messing or moving players around.
