Good news about Whiting and Manu being close to signing but I would like Tickle to stay, been in good form this season and his overall time at the club he been impressive. However, he is replacable, unlike the other two. Hopefully, the next in line is Houghton.

Reads that way doesnt it. Not sure why Agar cant simply say that talks have stalled with Tickle instead of spin all the time though.

Good call, have always liked the look of Langley. With a top coach, he'd be a good addition to our pack

Maybe the club wants to let the fans know that they are/were keen to keep him and that his contract renewal offer wasn't being done on the cheap. Not that anyone on here would ever claim the club would do that of course





Like Standee says it sounds like he wont be staying which is disappointing for me as he has always given his best on the field for us and is a good second rower and an excellent place kicker. As ever though players come and go but these 3 renewals show the right priorities IMO.

Can't say I'd blame Tickle (or any of our squad for that matter) for wanting to move on. I'm surprised Manu seems keen to stay TBH, if I was him I'd be waiting to see who came in for me.

As many have said , Hull have started with the right 3 players . Although I'd be disappointed to see Tickle leave , It wouldn't be the end of the world.

Its perhaps unfortunate we only gave Whiting a one year deal at the end of last season. He will be in a much better bargaining position now than he was then.

Word is Huddersfield and we get Robinson...I would be happy with that, though I do rate Tickle highly.

Why would they give us Robinson when they can sign Tickle for free at the end of the season?

Why would Huddersfield release a contracted player to us?
