Turner certainly has the attributes to be a great FB. Wonder if he's ever played there

Turner didn't look too comfortable under the high ball against Wigan. I'd be tempted to give J.Briscoe a go, yes he is young but so was Horne when he made his debut at 16 away at Leeds.

On what basis?

I have not seen any evidence to suggest that Turner could play full back in fact going by his bomb catching attempts against Wigan I would think definately not!



Plus Turner has settled into the right centre berth and the less disruption to the team as a whole the better surely?



Its going to be Hall at full back and I just pray he doesnt drop an early b0ll0ck or it could be a long night...

But i dont understand the rationale for playing Hall?

I can't recall what feeling was when Tom Briscoe made his debut but isn't Jack at a similar age with similar training?

I would imagine it will be down to experience in that Hall has played first team in that position and they feel J.Briscoe may be left exposed against the kicking game of Warrington.

They were at a similar age for sure but Tom was brought in on the wing for his debut and I am not sure if he started the game or came off the bench in what was a very injury hit backline that night.

He started the game. Berro also played in the centres that night.

Just looked it up and he did start on the bench!





Backline was Tony (who injured his knee), Byrne, Hall, Berrigan, Williams, Washy and Lee.
