If I am not mistaken Adam Pearson as been involved with kissball for a while now(with not much success) and the same contract law applies. If you offer a player under 24, a contract that is lower than the contact that he his currently on then he is entitled to move clubs when the valid contract as expired without the need for compensation being paid.
