Gentle is under pressure this season and i'm sure he realises that. Not sure saying he will be dropping players help though. He doesn't have that many to bring in and he will need to keep all his players on side. As fans we need to keep some perspective, as bad as Saturday was it's a long season and nothing is lost. We are missing a top half we know that but it wasn't due to a lack of ambition. Players need time to settle and Arundel needs to be given a chance as does Galea.



Gentle said when he came in he wanted to bring our best and worst performances closer together, he hasn't done that as yet. If we beat Cas and play well we will be told we owed the fans that. My issue with that is we shouldn't need to be owed a performance, we shouldn't need to be bouncing back from poor displays.



I still fancy us for top 6 but we need to start showing some improvement, especially mentally. We seem to be imploding too often and start playing dumb rugby.

Look at the league table when we've played 9 games , third of the season.



If you look at previous tables from Round 9 then nothing much ever changes. Barely does one team come from 11th and make it to 5th etc



FACT is if at Easter we are 8th then best we can hope for is about 7th ish



We in fact are worse than last year as my earlier post shows. There will be no charge from 9th to 4th and a play off GF appearance. Most likely an unlucky loss away to Bulls in CC Round 2. Promises of better to come in Play offs etc etc blah blah blah

The COACH is the ONLY factor in success - wise up and watch AP fire Peter Gentle IF we haven't put a run together very fast starting with winning the next 3 on the trot to keep his job , and our spirits up.



I am not doom and gloom just realistic , I can't wait for AP to sign a WORLD CLASS proven head coach ! Then we have every chance and without a 7 for this season
