Last year Sandercock played the injuries card and excused zero play-off wins and being dumped out of the cup with the comfortable "we're just a small club" comment. Different arena now. You have the comp's best pack, and little time left on Sandercock's contract. Massive pressure on him to deliver from day 1. |

He'll have even more incentive to fulfil Mike Smith's prophecy. Bit presumptious that Chester would take it up automatically though. If Wane goes to the NRL there'd be a head coach vacancy at Wigan too. |
