In response to the original question, I don't rate Hall half as highly as most on here seem to. All this talk of him being a 'future international' and the like is pie in the sky. He still has a lot to prove, and, if I were pressed for my gut reaction at this point in time, I'd say he'll make a decent, middle of the road type SL player. Around the sort of calibre of Kirk Dixon (but in the centre, obviously).

Centre is a postion we definlety need to strengthen .Krisnan Inu was mentioned last season he would have being a brilliant signing .

Thats a fair comment , the thing Dixon and most others have over him is the defence area.

Hall is with ball in hand one of the best , most gifted players we have produced but when the opposition is rattling at him he looks like he has never played before , thats the ying and yang we have with Craig.... I cant see any ammount of coaching making his heart bigger

One of the lads here made the comment of Chev Walker when he gets back to full fitness, prior to Union he was one of the stand out Centrs in SL and for GB or has too much time passed since his days with Leeds??? but he was a top centre before union

Were they holding a crack pipe at the time?

Wonderd how long it would take the Hall knockers to come out.....he isnt a winger and what i saw on the trys,he was hung out to dry a couple of times....i bet Briscoe has made more errors and cost us trys than what Hall has.



Halls defence has improved and when he is playing centre its usually spot on so far...we need to play our main attacking players and Hall is the only one that when he gets the ball will do something out of nothing...Hall for me all the time.

Both Hall and Yeaman are superior to Walker.

Try watching a game pal....it helps...have been impressed with Hall this season in the centres...on the wing,its different........but i love the way you start this thread because he has (in your eyes) a bad game at Wigan out of position.....what would we have done if we played Fitz at 6 and he had a stinker...drop him because he played bad out of position.

An when was this.....Walker was never GB class...how he played for them was beyond me.
