gonna cut the holiday in france a bit short and leave paris about 6am to get an earlier ferry to dover.. bit of a rush but heading to croydon to park up and jump on tube and hopefully there for kick off and hopefully time for a beer..to the last guy who posted on here and lives in south london,is the tube from the one he mentioned pretty easy to access wembley as we wont get to it til about 1pm?

You're joking, even I'm not allowed to park outside my house. We have a militant clamper who likes to clamp now and deal with questions later. Questions like "how many times exactly are you going to clamp my car and have me ring you to tell you I live here and am allowed to park there before you pack it in?" that illicit answers like "well I can't come out now I've had too much to drink to drive."

Jubilee Line all the way from Canada Water to Wembley Park, not done the journey but would reckon its a good hour on a normal day as its a long trek across London. You'll need to check the weekend closures on tfl website as well. From Croydon you'll need to get the overground into a station with connections to Jubilee Line. Jubilee is the most modern and quickest line as it was upgraded ahead of the Olympics last year.

Just got prices at $2250 return from Sydney to London. That's roughly what I was expecting give or take a few hundred bucks. I asked the lass in the travel agents if it would be any cheaper if I went without any check-in luggage, got a strange look
