For the record, Something declared or stated positively, often with no support or attempt at proof is an assertion. A little bit like banging on about one individual or stating the council have made a mess of things. Or a little like blindly stating the council have effectively blocked further development and investment the area due to this one decision. A Little bit like trying to let on your a multi contruction investment planner.



One thing which has not been metioned in this thread is Allams record in the city for being a poor payer of creditors and causing several business's to either go under under or be put in a very poor position. Allams poor business conduct after taking over Ruscador's hurt a lot of people and business's. This is not that long ago and with people in local authority still now in positions of power that they were 20 years ago, perhaps, just perhaps, Allams passed is hindering him far more than his poorly planned pipedream.

plus no plans on the table ..I have work for the Council and they don't do business that way ..They like it neat and tidy every thing in it's box ..There was no comeback from the sale of the Council Bus Company everything was check and double checked .
