Yes I agree with that and it is of course correct for Gentle to do that. However, I'm really hoping that one of Ellis or Nicklas makes it impossible for Gentle not to pick him because I really don't see us as a top four side with Horne as a permanent fixture.



It might seem a little harsh, he has been fantastic for Hull over the years, but I just don't think that he can perform consistently at the highest level anymore ,if at all.

Good to see the strongest team possible getting a runout together. Wouldn't mind seeing Nicklas and Ellis get some time in the middle if they get drafted in. Ellis was very impressive at Fev apparently.

yeah got to admit would of like to of seen ellis play a part today, does anyone know if todays game is on the radio?

Really looking forward to today's game. The coach & players seemed disappointed with last weeks overall performance & have talked up putting that right today.

Still early days yet but I'm hoping to see a far better kicking game, better defence & a look at our attack.

It's always difficult to judge how the team will go from friendly games, most of the squad will already know they will be starting next week & just try to get through injury free. Having said that, with this being our last chance to practice against opposition I would hope to see alot more commitment.

Will have to get wrapped up though is gonna be freezing!
