Other teams seem to have worked out how to stop him scoring,i believe his last try was at the magic weekend, other people on here making out he scores off every kick are way off the mark on this seasons evidence.

I feel swapping Horne for Shaul would be crazy , match fitness alone should stop any thought of it. Go with the players that got us there. Look what happened when Kear dropped Brough v bulls for some player we had never heard of ?? well the rest is history !

I literally can't remember the last time I saw Richards out jump anyone to score in the corner so I wouldn't let that take that tactic worry you. His form has totally gone due to his age IMO and he needs to try and switch it back on.

I'm coming to the conclusion that, if we win, either Shaul or Crooks will win Lance Todd. Would go with the same squad as the majority, Horne and Green to miss out. Confident that we have the forward muscle to lay the platform for Miller, Holdsworth, Houghton and Heremaia, and then subsequently our backs can do the damage needed. Can't flipping wait!

Lockers has a knack of dropping ball second or third tackle and getting penalties for his side so we need to watch ourselves.

Does anyone remember a young 17 year old playing for Wigan in the 1985 Classic. he played v FC and FC had some of the greatest names in RL at the time. How did he get on in the game and how inexperienced was he ?



Shaul is 21 Edwards was 17

it's a big dilemma - Horne is not a fullback but Shaul is, so my preference would be to put Horne at 7 not 1.



Miller misses out for me - Horne was turning games before he got injured and Miller is still finding his feet. Horne is the better player of the two - Miller is still learning his trade. Let's have someone who knows where his feet are and has played in Challenge Cup finals before. We need experience for this occasion. If McDonnell was fit he would have been picked instead of Shaul (who has done nothing wrong) because of his experience in that position and the fact he's a better player.



I wouldn't like to have to make the choice and I'd still be glad to have Miller at 7 and Shaul at 1.
