You never go in with your best offer, but going in with a figure below the most pessimistic valuation looks like either a pi$$ take or not doing your homework properly.

Thats the way i see things. I have yet to see any evidence that Mally Walker would be better for the club than Kath. This 'he loves the club' crap means nothing in the grand scheme of things and despite her faults Kath is well thought of in RL circles.
My guess is this whole subject wouldn't be surfacing had Rovers not made such a big impact in SL. |
