Beat me to it - Will the Squash People drop some cash into the pot for the new pitch cos some of us heard the Allams winging about the cost of it in. We will be playing on a Green and Yellow pitch during June.

Just watching soccer Saturday and cottee commentating on city. Just said pitch is awful obvious they play rugby on here!!! What is it 3 or 4 games played on it. Still serves as a good excuse to whine at RL.

How dare we get in the way of football...

It annoys me that RL get's blamed for it.



But it reminds me of not long ago when i went to a disabled meeting at the KC and a member of the ground staff or possibly the man in charge of it all.



A question was put to him about the pitch an who ruins it more. He said football because they water it before the match and at half time and can play on it few times throughout the week if fixtures are right.

What are the pitches at huddersfield and wigan? Some union teams also share pitches with soccer clubs and I've never heard of any problems at any of those

football,the sport with the attitude problem,one of the reasons i havent watched a game on tv for 30 years.

I'm not an expert but I would imagine the enclosed design of the KC and the high West Stand have some effect.

Correct. The sun, no matter what time of year sets in the west, so the more the sun shines on the pitch the better.

Not to mention we played the game on friday, and didn't hull city youth team play on it also??

It's called football in England.



I agree no other club seem to moan about it like CityHull does.

I'm in England and I've called it soccer since I was a kid.
