Well we have been lacking a destructive prop all season so hopefully o'meley is just that.



Johnson has done a commendable job at prop never taking a backwards step despite not the biggest prop. Pj has a good step which probably ties in with the more mobile prop gentle is looking for.



If Amor our best prop with Raleigh this year goes that leaves us needing yet another 2 props because pj, James and Amor will all need replacing.



Amor will become a crowd favourite if he joins you but I for one hope he stays at the trin. A rumour is we have matched hulls contract and he is staying now. Who knows though as it's silly season.

I'm another of the opinion that when fit, he's still one of the best props in SL. Can understand it if we now think he's too expensive to gamble on his fitness, but when he plays he influences games, simple as that. Significantly affected our momentum at the weekend IMO.

I wouldn't welcome chase, he was awful on Saturday and not being that good all year, would like to see a class 7 such as Cronk or Mitchell Pearce

There won't be anything in this. Gentle's a big admirer of Heremaia and, when interviewed after signing for us, Heremaia was the first player that Gentle mentioned because he was happy to have him in the team.



If you heard these 'whispers' earlier, why is this the first time you've mentioned them?



These 'whispers' will have probably come from the discussions on this board about whether it was worthwhile us having Heremaia whilst he was injured for so long.
