When people talk about a coach losing the dressing room and the players don't want to play for him I always think it's rubbish. They maybe don't respect Radford but these guys are professional players and they want to win for the fans, their team mates and most importantly themselves. They aren't just going to stop trying because they don't like the coach. However there may well be an element of the players deciding they don't agree with what Radford is saying so they all do their own thing instead, which would explain the shambles that is our attacking structure.

If only it was that simple. Sport is littered with coaches/managers who having been successful at a club move on and cannot repeat that success.

Cant remember last time, we appointed a successful Head Coach before.

I was merely commenting on this statement. "Employ a proven first team coach, - everything else will fall into place". If FC appointed a proven head coach it would improve the chances of success, not guarantee it as the quote suggests.

Er no I didn't. I said "now we are told". How is that an assertion of fact? I was merely commenting on what another poster had said.

Sorry, but when an opinion... becomes it sounds like fact to me.

The fact is that semantics should play no part in this.

we had a decent coach, some of the players stopped playing because he was being undermined by the encumbant and a couple of kn0bheads on the playing rosta.

Radford won't be able to garner ANY respect from the players because he's shown he has no morals and is a lying backstabber.

I'd rather prefer someone within the club to show a bit of backbone and name and shame those behind what happened at Huddersfield and the binning off of Gentle.

Get Pearson to admit he made a hash of employing Radford, get shot of them (including Andy Last for me as well) then we can start afresh.



The club is in a shocking position and it needs someone with a pair of boll0cks to get the club cleansed..starting with the cancer that is Radford, nothing else will do IMO.

So you have all the inside information then about what is going on inside the club except the names of the miscreants at Huddersfield. How come this vital bit of information has escaped you ?

Isnt that what we were told that radford was going to stand no nonsense,yet we are at our lowest ebb for a while.

A big clearout is required starting with radford.
