Yeah, just seen that. Even so, that would make him 34 when the deal ends if it's from now, or 35 if it's from next season. That's a big risk, I reckon.

Maybe it's a last resort to keep him . If he turns it down it's pointless keeping him , maybe what will happen with tickle and us .

Have also heard the Brough rumour. Fingers crossed - his kicking game is just want we need, and his tactical play and defending have both improved since he played with us.

My first thought too. Would seem a strange move to be in contract talks with him if he already has several years left. Unless it's been triggered by Kevin Brown leaving, otherwise would only strengthen the suggestion he's unsettled IMO.
