I've heard that they will be unveiling a new name for the final today.. it's changing from 'Grand Final' to 'The Completely Meaningless Final'

"The Grand Box Ticking Event" was a name I heard bandied about..

Come on boys we all know we would love to have been at the 'box ticking final'



I will be on Thomas Coyle watch this afternnon though, looking at how he might fit in with Smithy in that hooking role.

I'm celebrating our 20th anniversary of being THE BEST TEAM IN THE WORLD!!!! I've got the video recorder down from the loft...blown the cobwebs off the VHS, got my shirt on and I'm sitting down this afternoon to reminisce!!

Coyle does look as though he has a real good rugby brain and that x factor, however he does have some serious love handles which im sure will be trained out of him.

Coyle is one fat make no mistake.

Whoever the conditioner for Oldham is needs sacking, loads of handles on show.

Oldham are gone now, 3 finals and 3 defeats, shame for them.

Good fightback from Oldham though, as for Coyle, he looks a very handy player. An off season at Widnes should do wonders for him (that's if he is actually being signed off course..).
