we won that in 89 - 20 plus years ago LOL and we have sporty spice which is worse

Im wtid.... but all im saying is that people who live in green houses and stones etc,,
Warrington are miles and miles ( even matt callands country miles) better than us and i think we need to stop arguing on here with them cos we look silly. Next year then we have a right.
But for now a nrc an championship double will be nice

They were supposedly miles better when we came into SL in 2002, but we still beat them 3 times that season.
Until Dire win the WCC...which ain't gonna happen, they'll be just like Manchester City, Always living in its neighbours shadows. |

Yea! I think it's that Ginger kid we banned and went off to watch wire! FWIW I highly admire Saints & what Wigan did last year! Wire commercially are also brilliant but when they kept spending massive money on the likes of Hodgson & Monaghan knocking Riley back to reserves just for short term success and moan for cap increase I don't have much time for them! |

I can't believe that some Widnes fans are still hanging on to something that happened 22 years ago. That sort of thinking is exactly whd Wirey you nearly went bust a couple of years ago. Fortunately your current owner does not live in the past and is looking to the future.
In answer to the original question, if Widnes do get back into SL, then it will have no effect on the followings of Saints and Wire, it may even have a positive effect as the visit of Widnes (probably instead of Wakefield) will just about generate full houses.
