Not sure about Lebanese players. But again, non-fed if they came through development systems down under.'"

Yeah, he’s well-liked I think it is fair to say, so a bit sad too.
I think there’s been a decision to clear the decks. We’re still definitely in the trust in Tony phase, and there’s probably a feeling that tough decisions have to be taken. However, we also need enough hands on deck for 2020 and some curiosity about where our last few signings will come from.

We don’t have any non-federation spots free.
Unless that changes, anybody we sign must have learned their RL trade in this country or France (limiting it to countries on this side of the world with pro clubs and a record of producing SL standard players), or have some sort of exemption. E.g. under 21 years old, or coming from RU, or RFL random decision generator beneficiary.

But looking at the Cook Islands flag it has the Union Jack on their flag do they still belong to us or are they like the Aussie and New Zealand

| Brilliant mate, viva The Empire, anywhere with a Union Flag should be fair game, probably just as sensible as the RFL's rules.
On Hall, I like him as a bloke and I think we should have kept him, but no where near good enough with his decisions to play full back.
Quinlan could go in the halves and we could try and sign Gigot to play full back, although I assume he's got a high profile gig somewhere already which is why The Butcher fell out with him.

| Richie Myler will be your saviour for 2020 and you must put your trust in Tony Smith when you announce his signing

Are you thinking of Johnathon Ford? The population of the Cook Islands is similar to that of Featherstone, so there’s a reasonable chance I guess.
Like fellow Cook Islands international, former Robin, namesake and indeed cousin, Byron, JF was born in New South Wales. JF started out in the Newcastle Knights system before playing a handful of games for the Sydney Roosters. Definitely non-federation trained, irrespective of the status of the Cook Islands (self-governing, in free association with New Zealand) and his Irish ancestry.

Doesn't matter if he has a British passport. He is non-fed trained so we would need to move someone on.
