The draw for the semi-finals of the Men’s and Women’s 2023 Betfred Challenge Cup took place at the DW Stadium at half time during the Wigan Warriors against Warrington Wolves quarter final game on Sunday afternoon. At the time of the draw, only two sides were certain of their place, that was Hull KR and St Helens who both made it through their ties yesterday against Salford and Hull FC respectively.
The draws were made by Kevin Brown (Women's), Lois Forsell (Men's)
In the Men’s draw, the following ties will be played on the 22nd and 23rd July at venues to be determined and will be broadcast live by the BBC.
York Knights or Leigh Leopards v. St Helens
Hull KR v. Wigan Warriors
The Women’s draw, ties also to be played on the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd July was as follows,
Wigan Warriors v. Leeds Rhinos
St Helens v. York Valkyrie
The finals of both competitions will take place at Wembley Stadium on the 2nd August in front of what we all hope will be a sell-out crowd.
