It does not mean it is untrue though. Wording is all important in the press, it does not say he may have to go back, it says he must. It's hardly liable if this is wrong though. Just incorrect reporting. What would be liablous would be if there was no case at all.



Who knows what will happen, the lawyers may adjuorn, it could be a Tuesday appearance in which case, flight over on Sunday night, sleep appear, back on tuesday night sleep wed and thurs, train friday, pre match saturday and sunday well he maybe back to normal.



The closer to Friday the court date, the more concerning this story will be.

That's what worries me, if there is a court case and it is at the end of the week. We need to have a fully fit Rangi Chase firing on all cylinders next Sunday.

There is no way to tell until it happens though, if it was an early week appearance I imagine the Tigers would want him out there and rested already.



I suppose in the end if he don't turn up what are they going to do? Start extradition proceedings?

Shenton accepted less money at St Helens than Cas offered him to stay - decided to go to a side that were competing to win trophies and had a brand spanking new stadium on the horizon.
