| I'd have thought that the Chase story would have come to light before now if it was true. After a quick look on google I cannot see any other story on this supposed court case (although there a plenty of stories about Chase's previous cases from the past which we already know about).
There may be some truth about the Clarke story, as any decent agent would go to the press/club saying ** teams from the NRL, and ** top teams from the superleague are after my client in order try and get a better deal for their client with their current club to earn more money for his client (and in turn, more money for himself).
I tend not to believe anything Dave Parker writes to be honest, and I'm sure we will know if this is true in coming days....

| The thing with this is, there have apparently been whispers before now that this was on the cards- but personally, I just cannot see what reason he would have to head over there, or what the court case could be for? Is it for a conviction before he joined us?
I just fear there is no smoke without fire...

| I was told last season that chase had a case to answer in oz , also its not just a slap on the wrist hes expecting.
The clark thing is another example of penny pinching , i understand the club have stalled on their promise to enhance his wage and could lose him as a result.
the question is who has let it get to the stage where cas are now been held to ransom by agents for one of our own kids ?

| It's Dave Parker so the whole article is 90% likely to be bull...I mean look at his quote from a "Cas insider" the man is a fraud and gets all his info from forums and making crap up.

| I can see you guys having some trouble competing in the market place in the off season. It seems your planned raid on the Wakey academy has well and truly gone Pete Tong after Tuesday’s events. Funny how things turn out isn't it? If we had off gone down you would of well and truly been the top dogs round here, looks like it's not to be.

What are you on about?
If you hadn't noticed, this is a thread about Dave Parker and his potential libellous article about Rangi Chase.
Not to mention Wakey being saved by the Crusaders makes ZERO difference to the recruitment plan for Cas.

It makes a massive difference now you have to compete with spending power of Glover. The players you where planning to raid from the Wakey academy will no longer be available.
I'm talking on the wider theme here of you not having the financial clout to keep hold off your young talent as in Clarke and possibly others.

Yes they would be, but they also wouldn't be good enough anyway if they can't get in the Wakey first team already

An article by Dave Parker is usually all bull, this is the same here Clark is under contract and the same story crops up every year just swap the players name, the other year for example Richard Owen was going to the NRL according to Parker.
And again, what has this got to do with anything? Stop trolling and get back to your own board.
