Would be a good replacement for sherwin from what i have seen (though i'm no nrl expert) one thing though if we replace sherwin with another aussie then we will have to let sarge go (as the qouta drops to 5) which would mean we were also looking for another top prop.

We might lose Sargent anyway. He is off-contract at the end of this year and rumour has it Saints are interested. Alternatively, he might want to return to Oz now he has a young son.

I think sarge on his day is fantastic but he has been no where near the prop we need so far this year we need him on the pitch for a min of 2 good 20min stints. I hope he shows us what hes all about tonight. Also finch would be a good replacement on a 2 year deal but we seriously need to stop giving long deals out.

Danny Brough is off-contract at Wakey. Would be good to have a quality English (or Scottish) scrum-half in the side to direct us.

eh it's blatantly obvious Brough is a cock though. Obviously caused havoc with our "home grown" players when he was here. TM did what he could to calm it.

The overseas quota is already limited to 5 players but you are currently allowed another non-fed trained player who doesn't count on the quota, ie. KOLPAC or EU passport holder. James Evans has a special dispensation so doesn't count at all. Cas have one place available this year and lets hope they find someone to fill it sooner rather than later!

After last nights showing my Gran would be an improvement on Sherwin, he looks gone and shot of confidence (you watch he'll play a blinder next week!) Don't you have a lad in the academy whos supposed to be good, stand off I think??? Shift Chase to 7 and play the young lad, bring him through gradually this season, if he's a success then he'll be ready to take over next season, think you could do with a ball handling second row or a class winger if you're replacing Shifty with another over seas player.

We need to be shopping now for a scrum half. Sherwin cannot be an option
