Injured more a less one year ago. Long time on the sidelines is that.

I'd be tempted to leave him out now for the year (barring an injury crisis in the pack) with only 7/8 games left. Doesn't seem much point taking any chances with him. Get a big pre-season into him and have him ready to rip in for 2017.

Perhaps he should consult the same medical people as Bailey?

Danny McGuire, at a recent fans event, said he doesn't think we'll see him this season.

100% agree with this it may not be what Stevie wants but i think a clean slate & full pre-season will do him & us a world of good.

If he's not able to play by the 3rd game vs London then shouldn't play in the remaining ones as 3 of them are very tough games to bring a player back for after a year out.



Maybe send him to play for Fev in Round 6 when they host HKR.....purely for match fitness purposes

I am sure they will make the right call. If he is deemed good to go this year, off the bench v batley may be an option. Without reserve team there is no way to phase in a return more carefully than full throttle.
