I really do hope that Long recovers in time for the Leeds cup game though could do with his experience

Looking forward to see the kid play.
Doesnt sound good for Wello though.'"
Everything I've heard says he is a great prospect, can kick too i recall??
as for wello the term "chronic" is not good, same as Tottenham player Ledley King, you dont recover, ever! Could be career threatening, but i hope thats wrong.

| Jonny is a very talented player having played with and against him in school and he does have a good shoe on him.
He is actually only 18 aswell.
The more important thing is having Wheeler at 7 with Long injured. Big pressure on leon to guide us round when KC is off the field.

| I wouldn't put my house on Maurie playing, either. Frodsham to come in?
Looking forward to seeing Wheeler in the middle of the park, even if it is in a slightly unfamiliar role. Still, if he's got all week to train there, it should stand him in good stead.

Yout think Wilkin will move to 9 when KC needs a rest? If not we might have to look at another young lad to cover there

| we will be back at full strength for the Leeds game, no doubts about it. Better to rest players throughout the year, and get young players game experience early on in the year, so they are not being thrown in at the business end of the year.
I am enjoying this season more and more - watching the future of the Saints squad developing, along with the older heads playing as well as ever.

Defo! He's done it before, also Wheeler and Pryce would probably jump in to speed it up a little... only other option is Liam Bostock, Im not sure of any other hookers unless we can have Scott Moore back
As for Wellens I seriously hope we don't lose another great talent due to injury

| i'd be surprised if Fa'asavalu is risked for this one - we have young props to fill in if needed.
KC cant do 80 minutes anymore, so be interesting to see who he does spells with.
finally, who is going to kick goals?

In a weird kind of way I'm enjoying it too but we could seriously do with a few less injuries especially as it seems were asking these young lads to play out of position.

I think the loan rules mean that we could in theory pull Moore back to Saints but I think the only way that would happen would be if Cunningham or Roby picked up season enders or close too.
