He does have a very valid point though, finish below half way and still get into the end of season mix. As for picking opposition etc its just becoming a farce
Personally I'd have 1st straight to the Grand Final and 2,3,4 & 5 playing off to meet them... that would put more emphasis on finishing top!

I dont agree with the new system, but at the same time, the more games the better.

It would be great if the Catalans or Castleford who scraped into the playoffs could win superleague and become champions........that would give the competition "real value".
