If they haven't been sacked yet, they are indeed still contracted to the Club until the end of the 2010 Super League season.

As I have said elsewhere...if anyone should subsequently leave "by mutual agreement" or otherwise, or indeed if such is currently being negotiated the club will not be guilty of telling an untruth from the wording they used.

dont know what to make of statement about assistants and conditoner all i can think is maybe there abit peed off that its been published in press before end of season when a official statement would have been issued.

i hope there is gonna be a shake up at bulls as we look a unfit unmotivated team at mo and the board are not giving anything positive out to fans why cant they be honest for once and say who is staying and who is going

Not really. For something at this level the first action would be to request a retraction and apology - as clearly happened in the Cummings case. You'd not get far with a libel action without having given the perpetrator the opportunity to set things right.
