I think he can hold his head up high. He's arrested a few demons from last years poor showing at the World Cup. He's been bold with selection this year and by selecting youth has given whoever takes over a pretty good nucleus of youth & experience to build with for the future.

And i wonder if the coach that takes Tony Smiths place will give a chance to so many young players...
I seriously doubt if Brian Noble or any of the previous GB/England coaches would have played Eastmond and Tompkins in the halfs in a final v the Aussies... |
