Just read on facebook that Lloyd Pugsley has passed away, I had many a good laugh with 'Puggy' when travelling around the country with the 18's when he coached them and will miss his humour, RIP PUGGY the world is a sadder place without you mate.

Was stunned to see this on Twitter. Lloyd was a neighbour of mine for many years and played a big part in me getting interested in RL as a kid. Always had a smile and a story to tell and played a huge role in the development of countless young players in the area. RIP Lloyd.

Just want to check I've got the same Lloyd Pugsley here has he got a son called Lee who's 27/28 year old?

Not Stu's brother surely. Was dad named Lloyd also. I've had some good days out and New Years parties with the family. It is a sad day for a lovely bunch. My deepest condolences go out to them all.

Don't think it should be posted on here Mish. I'm saddened by this loss. Used to go out with Lloyd, Westy and Spud when we all played. It is Bob his dads name isn't it Keith. Haven't seen him in while, not living in Leigh anymore.

Like many around my age we grew up with Lloyds personality, and I am sure we all have many fond moments to reflect upon.
