"NRL star" is somewhat of an overstatement. He may have been signed to Cronulla but from what I can recall, he's mainly played NSW rugby over the past two seasons, with very little NRL game time. Vast difference in quality between the two leagues, as there is between SL and the Championship.

I liked Drinkwater at Broncos. Shame the club didn't suit him from what I understand, or he might have stayed over here and be in SL now.
