I ordered 2 polo shirts over 2 weeks ago and have not received them yet. Tried to contact the club by email twice but they have not come back to me. Is any body else experiencing this problem.

I avoided this potential issue by not buying any of the tat on offer.

I tend to buy stuff at the club shop now. I rarely trust the sizing and I like to have the opportunity to try stuff on and feel the quality. Or lack of it.

I phoned MKK and asked to speak with one of the sales people. MKK apologised for the delay and said the stock had arrived today and would be going out by courier so people would get their shirts for the first game this weekend. Interesting conversation with a very helpful person who said he was not happy at all with the club as Bronos had asked them not to order until a certain amount of orders had been received and that fans had not been informed of this which put MKK in a very poor light. Also said he had had a number of fans complaints which he understood. MKK handled my call and queries very quickly. 2 minutes after I put the phone down I received a text telling me my shirt would be despatched and offering a delivery time

Had the same problem, waiting for an order placed over 2 weeks ago, but got an email from MKK this morning saying my items have been dispatched.

If I remember correctly, MKK are on a two year contract with the club, this being the second year.



What Old Girl says doesn't surprise me.

When will the club get it right with merchandise for years it has been just before or after the seson has started before they have the stock delivered. It would be interesting to see if their sales improved if they had the stock available at the start of December so that supports or their family can order shirts etc as christmas presents. I wonder when other clubs have their merchandise available I bet you its not the day before the season starts.

I also phoned MKK and was given the same answer as oldgirl. I have also received an email saying my shirt have been despatched.
