I have to say I was surprised that the judge initially stated he was thinking of a custodial sentence. Maybe he just wanted to put the wind up them both - if so he looks like he's put the wind up some people on here now frothing at the mouth who were strangely quiet when someone who plays for Wigan committed a considerably more serious offence - I wonder why?
BTW I know the answer it was a rhetorical question.
