The corrupt part of it all was that the charges of using violence to gain entry where dropped due to insufficient evidence despite being arrested for kicking the door in. Had they been found guilty of this then it is a mandatory custodial sentence.

They were charged with using violence to gain entry a charge which carries a mandatory custodial sentence, the charges where dropped due to the evidence being "lost"



Therefore any punishment was available to the judge and they are not likely to send a proffesional sportstar to jail are they????
