Will certainly smarten the side of the ground up, although not shown on the plans, I'd like to see the terracing reprofiled to a give a better view of the pitch, but then the gantry will restrict that.
I can’t imagine we would refurb and build a new gantry, roof etc and not re-do the terracing to match the new terracing already done.
It would future proof it for decades and look much more tidy especially for booking out for out of match day events etc.
You’re right it’s not on the plans though. Hopefully they do that if they proceed with the works.
Jumping ahead but if the north plans get sorted then this stadium could be a real tidy beauty of 10-11k.
The south would be the longer term option for after that if we hit that
