Snitch been awesome and we lose him to Cas

Atkins one of the best young british centres in the country hes gones.



We boasted terrific British talent at Trin, also there is a strong rumour Jeffries is coming back. This is why Richardson sucks because every year we never build Kear has done it all on a shoe string and next year looks no different. We have a chance of finishing 5th that will be great £ and a run in the playoff which will be great £ . Help Kear out TED !!! There is a lot of £ there and we could have kept some of our young British lads but we choose not to.

Im also forgetting Drew who will be on a rake of money. So why do we need to lose the British lads we have worked so hard to build up over the years. So there we can't keep everyone.

As for the rest I could probably agree that you should bee keeping your british talent. However, that also depends on whether they actually want to play for you or go elsewhere ie. Richie Myler, got offered the best contract that Salford have ever offered and he turned it down to go to Wire.



Money doesn't always talk, it is also club prospects



Wire have spent big, but no doubt they will be the league let downs like every other season

yea all of those kids proabably did not reach scullys wage. Im frustrated because it looked like we would have a right side next year.

Id have also like to have seen us retain some of our english talent, but look in the long term we got snitch, wilkes, atkins, grix from other clubs. In a few years we will have developed and retained our own english players (i.e. 7 academy players signed) rather than just signing players cos there english and we have to.)





There is a lot of money in Rooney, Scully, Hendo, Winto, Martin but we have chosen to sign QUALITY PLAYERS !!! the above arent quality.



We will imo have a better squad next year, I can certainly tell you that morrison, newton, tronc, millard wont have come cheap AT ALL, therefore ted is giving kear the money.

Seems to be the curse of a good youth/coaching system. You bring the lads through on small wages, they get to be top players and the salary cap prevents you from keeping them when they inevitably want some better bucks.



How the hell Wire keep under the cap amazes me.

Why the hell have we spent all the time building Grix up and him costing us several tries its as though its been for nothing getting rid of him to shudds. Hes gonna be a quality stand off.
