He has had more good games than bad. His backing up and ability to sniff out tries is what we need and he can kick goals blindfolded.

Really every time? Granted he is at fullback, but FFS he is not a fullback! When he is at stand off like Wire away we saw what he could do. He's better option than the current rudderless incumbent of the 6 shirt whose only here for 1 season and the buggering off to Aus.

Wakefield cannot off load him, because nobody wants him, and that apparently includes us, and that stems back to last season.

The guy will be away on a free anyway at the end of the season and I see some sense in not letting him go to Bradford on a free to probably face us in the 8s. However if a replacement could be found and we don't rate him what's the problem. He could however go to bradford and have a stormer against us. The new coach may have a big say in J s future. It will be interesting me thinks. If he gets a game and plays well it's a matter off what could have been. One things for sure the half back combo ain't working.

So he isn't rated by Wakefield but he's a threat come the middle 8's if he joins Bradford? I'm not sure I get the logic and I'd have thought freeing up his wage completely would allow Wakefield to bring somebody in they might actually play.
