I think it was Kear who said a coaches shelf life at any one club is about five years. Chester is probably coming up to that.

Yes if we beat Cas next week we will all feel happier I am sure.



However how many times do we need to turn up looking poorly prepared ,conditioned and coached before some people start to realise that something may be fundamentally wrong. The head in the sand rose tinted brigade will always look towards the next game thinking we will all live happily ever after.



However unless someone steps in and makes some positive changes, I can see what happened today being repeated quite a lot before the season is over.

I think if Chester went MC would go as well but it won't happen. I don't think any of the coaches have any idea how to get out of this. Everybody knows we're too slow I can't see any speed from anywhere soon not while they're as unfit as they are now
