A chance of going top if results go our way. Wigan looked pretty ordinary in that second half and will be eager to bounce back at home so I would expect Phelps back at Fullback with Roberts moving back to the wing . Another team who have utilised the kicking game well (probably the best team at it) so another busy night for our wingers again. I think our forwards will have their toughest game yet containing the likes of Fielden , Feka and Coley . Hopefully , Longy will be back for this game as we will need more creativity in attack to break down a very tight defence.

This will be close, I reckon, but I think Wigan will edge it. They'll be looking to put in a massive performance after last night, and with home advantage I think they'll just shade it.

I don't expect us to win this one but I hope we compete and give them a real game. If we are still in the game at halftime we could win it but our attitude needs to be spot on.



I agree with what Agar said last night, it is exactly what we need right now, a games against real tough opposition away from home as it should mean training goes up a notch in terms of intensity.

The first 20 mins are going to be crucial imo. They've blown teams away already this season by half time.

I'm hoping we treat this as a huge game in terms of the build up this week and really go for it. Wigan are a good side and will probably be our toughest test yet for the pack so we will really need the whole team to turn up to get the win. As much as I have been campaigning for Moa to play I actually think Wigan are very clever at exploiting any gaps down the middle so it may be better for this game to have a more solid defensive unit and bring Radford back in.

IMO Hull are going to have to give 110% to beat wigan, Should be a Corcker

Im confident of a win myself. I think we are to big for them. Their back row is young fit and mobile but a bit light, Feka dont get enough game time, thankfully! I think like against Cas, Manu, Fitz and Mark O will push them back time and time again and the game will be played in their half for the first half. Then Long, Horne and Tansey will do their stuff in the second half.

That what I am hoping for anyway

got to up our game a bit to beat them. Last nights performance was good, but a better side would have capitalised on our errors.



Long could make all the difference, he'll be really up for beating Wigan if he is fit.

It should be a super game imo.



Our players belived their own press last night and got way ahead of themselves but i'd expect they'll be brought back down to earth with a huge bump this week by the coaching staff.
