Really looking forward to seeing him play. I hope he can produce the type of form when he played for South Sydney and scored try's for fun.

i enjoyed watching him in action for souths, he always struck me as an exciting player in a poorish souths team (this was pre burgess, when they had chris sandow as half back). should do well in superleague and can see him on the wing initially outside yeaman probably, though arundel will push hard for a place this season too

I would be looking to give him at least a half against Rovers, it looks like he might have to play in the first game and if his only run out was against Fev, I would worry. Be interesting to see who is on the wing this weekend, not sure either young winger looked good enough against Donny to be considered this weekend. I would put Arundal on the wing this weekend.

I'm sure Radford said on Humberside in an interview that Talanoa would not be featuring in any of the friendlies due to his late arrival and missing the pre season and would likely miss the first or second SL game as he wasn't going to just throw him in to games until he'd spent time training?

If so who plays on the wing, Mcdonnell, is he fit?

Don't know to be honest and he never said when questioned he also said Biggs wouldnt be playing until mid season even if he was released by Bath immediately due to him having never played League at pro level.



The interview was on Humberside Sports Talk early part of last week if my memory serves me right, he also said he would not be getting any players in on loan and we were at full cap.

Huge mistake to play our best centre who got into the Dream Team in that position on the wing, he would be wasted there.



If Mcdonnell is fit, id paly him or Shaul there, which ever Radford thinks in the best.

So you'd move two players out of position (Crooks & Whiting) just to cover one position? Are you Agar?



Put Shaul or McDonnel on the wing and the other at fullback. Sorted.
