| That's a pretty shocking article whether accurate or not it's in play now it's going to be a bumpy time!

| I'm afraid I've heard the same, but didn't want to believe it. Sad.

| Well, one thing is for sure, and that's that it won't be cured overnight, unless CC thinks there is a group of troublemakers in the squad and aims to fire them all. If those unhappy players go into pre-season unhappy, with a coach who is unhappy with the players, our best hope for next year is that Toronto come back and then go bust again. The season is over before it starts.
When CC arrived, he said that he wanted to put a smile back on the players' faces. It has to be remembered that the players weren't smiling after a pre-season of being beasted by Brian Smith. They were fit but unhappy. He started with a fit and happy side. This gradually became an unfit but happy side. Now, he's got an unfit and unhappy side, and I can't see anything improving soon.
We've had injuries, but I'm guessing, from a non-players' perspective, that unfit squad is more likely to get injured. They are defending when tired and more likely to make bad decisions.
Too many old players, and now the generals have gone, like Finn and then Brough, there's no one left to guide them. Seeing as though things have got noticeably worse since Kear left, it's hard to wonder whether he's relied on the guile of others too much. When he's on his own, he hasn't got enough.

| I wonder if complacency is now in play because of his close association with Carter. A player only has a limited career unless they go into coaching like Chester so why would they want to risk it. If true it would answer a lot of what is going on, his lack of responsibility, happy to blame others and a record of 5 wins out of 33.
It is now up to Carter does he want to keep his mate and see the disintegration of the club or remove Chester and give the club a chance to regroup under new leadership. If Chester is still here at the end of the season we know the choice he has taken and he must live with the consequences.

| Perhaps the whole sorry affair will benefit by being put into the public domain (if true), and prompt action from those at the top. The one thing that is certain is that it will make Trinity look even more of an embarrassment to the RL fraternity.
Now is the time to act!

I have to agree with you.

| As I said previously, everyone can save face in this situation by simply allowing Poching to come in as head coach and let Chezzie be his assistant then that saves us having the expense of paying him off....what have we got to lose ???

| Tallies up with what i’ve been hearing for a while, major size split in the camp. As the saying goes you can’t sack an entire playing squad but you can sack a coach. Sorry Chris but you have to go. If he won’t go of his own volition then Michael Carter, its time to do what as CEO it is your duty to do. And if you you would rather do what is right for Chris rather than the club then it’s time to following him out of the door as well.

| Some on here have recently tried to reach out to MC given the performances since the restart. I reach out to all the players who take the field on Thursday against Shudds - if CC’s coaching really is the problem then....
1. in the first half put in a level of effort, commitment and performance to show us what you think about the fans and the red, white and blue.
2. in the second half put in a level of effort, commitment and performance to show us what you think about CC’s coaching.
Send the fans a clear message and we will get behind you.
If CC’s coaching is the issue then I and others who I attend games with will not renew our season tickets until a new head coach is announced and I would suggest others do the same – without players who are prepared to play for their coach and fans who do not financially back the club, there will be no club. For those who say I am no fan as this is no way to support the club - there wont be a damn club after next season if CC’s coaching is the problem and we don’t do something about it now – not in Super League anyway.
